• Strong industry presence: All leading airlines and international cargo networks will be there again—more than 240 companies have already confirmed their participation

• More space for exchange: New conference area provides space for in-depth expert discussions

Air freight remains a key element in international supply chains: According to IATA, global demand in August 2026 rose by 4.4 percent year-on-year, measured in cargo tonne-kilometers. From April 26 to 29, 2027, transport logistic will bring together the international logistics industry at the Messe München exhibition center. The integrated air cargo Europe event focuses on air cargo and its interaction with other areas of logistics.

Focus on the entire supply chain

As the world’s leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management, transport logistic brings together the entire spectrum of the industry: from freight transport by road, rail, sea, and air to IT, telematics, and intralogistics. In 2027, for the first time, two halls covering a total or around 22,000 square meters will be entirely for air cargo Europe, so it has grown again by a good 7 percent. The leading international air freight event is thus integrated into a broad logistics setting. This is where airlines, airports, and air freight service providers meet shippers and companies from other transport sectors.

High demand for stand space

Around six months before the start of the trade fair, more than 240 companies have already confirmed their participation. To meet the high demand, both conference forums are moving to adjacent halls. That will give exhibitors additional space in the two air cargo halls.

Industry players returning this year include Qatar Airways Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo, Etihad Cargo, Saudia Cargo, Delta Cargo, and Cathay Cargo. air cargo Europe is also seeing an increase in the number of exhibitors particularly from China.

Further bookings, as well as announcements from companies represented at joint stands, are expected in the coming months.

“We are pleased with the extremely positive interim figures. The confirmations from leading industry players underscore the importance of air cargo Europe. As part of transport logistic, it offers the air freight industry the ideal setting to develop business contacts and engage with partners along the supply chain,” says Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead transport logistic Exhibitions.

New space for professional exchange

New in 2027 is the venue for the accompanying air cargo Europe conference: The program will move to the conference rooms on the first floor of Hall A1. They offer more space for in-depth expert discussions and a focused exchange within the air freight industry. The conference is open to all transport logistic visitors. Under the motto “From Cargo to Code,” topics such as artificial intelligence, clean tech aviation, automation, and resilience will be discussed.
