MEILLER to Showcase New TECTRUM RS32 at IAA Transportation 2026

At Pavilion P32 with its adjoining outdoor area, the focus will be on the established MEILLER series TRIGENIUS®, TECTRUM®, TECTRIS®, MAXTREME® and GRANDLOAD®. The highlight of the trade fair appearance will be the most powerful hooklift in MEILLER’s portfolio to date: the new TECTRUM® RS32.

The ultimate powerhouse: TECTRUM® RS32

With a nominal load capacity of 32 tonnes, the TECTRUM RS32 is designed for particularly demanding applications in construction, landfill operations and frequent container handling. The new hooklift is therefore ideally suited to applications involving heavy loads and the regular exchange of different types of containers.

“The TECTRUM RS32 is the logical evolution of our previous RK30,” says Michael Eicheldinger, Head of the Container Swap Systems Product Line at MEILLER. “With its higher nominal load capacity and robust design, we are creating additional reserves for applications in which the vehicle is regularly exposed to high loads.”

The modular hooklift can be adapted to a wide range of application requirements. Its robust design, KTL coating and fully bolted construction ensure high durability while also facilitating repairs and maintenance. The TECTRUM RS32 is therefore designed for demanding applications involving high loads and frequent container changes.

The TECTRUM RS32 also meets the specific requirements of different international markets. In Germany, the hooklift is used on four-axle chassis, while five-axle chassis are also available for Austria and Switzerland, allowing for higher permissible gross vehicle weights. For the Swiss market, MEILLER also offers a specially adapted, hydraulically foldable and retractable underride guard.

In addition to the RS32, MEILLER will also be showcasing the smaller TECTRUM RS21 hooklift on a Scania chassis.

GRANDLOAD® and MAXTREME®: High-performance solutions for demanding tipping applications

Another highlight of MEILLER’s trade fair appearance will be the multi-award-winning GRANDLOAD tipper semi-trailer on a DAF chassis. The vehicle was named “Product of the Year 2026” by Baugewerbe Magazin. The GRANDLOAD has been systematically further developed and optimised for everyday use with a range of practical improvements. One key innovation is the BG-compliant access to the tipper body, which enhances safety when entering and leaving the body and reduces the risk of accidents. The tipper semi-trailer will also feature a new model designation.

MEILLER will also be presenting the MAXTREME halfpipe tipper with chain flap on a MAN chassis with a permissible gross vehicle weight of 60 tonnes. This robust solution has been specially developed for particularly demanding applications and is suitable, among other things, for mining operations and internal haulage where high payload capacity is required.

A thermally insulated MAXTREME rear tipper will also be on display as a special version for the Swiss market, mounted on an IVECO chassis. Its specially adapted rear wall has been developed specifically to meet the requirements of the Swiss market.

TRIGENIUS® three-way tippers: Intelligent solutions for greater flexibility

With the TRIGENIUS series, MEILLER will showcase versatile solutions for a wide range of everyday applications. The focus is on practical developments designed to optimise vehicle assembly, handling and versatility. These include a new solution for split crane mounting plates. The two-piece design significantly simplifies installation: instead of laboriously dismantling the vehicle to prepare it for crane installation, only the necessary preparations need to be made on the OEM chassis. There is no need for screwing, grinding or reworking, while the factory-applied corrosion protection remains fully intact. MEILLER will demonstrate the solution in practice at IAA Transportation on a TRIGENIUS D212 with crane mounted on a Mercedes-Benz chassis.

The TRIGENIUS D204 with aluminium side extensions on a Renault Trucks E-Tech Master will also be on display. As a solution for the light commercial vehicle segment, the raised side extensions increase load volume and provide a flexible alternative to conventional mesh sideboards.

The TRIGENIUS D202 on a Piaggio chassis further underlines MEILLER’s expertise in the light commercial vehicle segment. Despite its steel body, the compact solution offers a payload of 1,160 kg with a permissible gross vehicle weight of 2.8 tonnes, combining robustness with high efficiency for urban applications.

Another exhibit will be the TRIGENIUS D428 mounted on a fully electric Mercedes-Benz chassis.

All-electric construction site solution: eArocs 400 with TRIGENIUS® three-way tipper

The all-electric Mercedes-Benz eArocs 400 with TRIGENIUS three-way tipper will also be on display at the MEILLER stand. The vehicle was first presented at bauma 2025 with a truck mixer, while the tipper body was initially shown only as a concept. At IAA Transportation, visitors in Germany will have the opportunity to see the complete combination live for the first time.

The eArocs 400 has N3G approval and is therefore particularly suited to demanding construction site applications. Its high off-road capability enables operations in conditions that have previously been difficult to address with electric commercial vehicles. Equipped with a TRIGENIUS three-way tipper, an on-board control system and i.s.a.r. remote control, the vehicle demonstrates that electric drive concepts are also suitable for demanding construction applications.

TECTRIS® skip loader: New loading leveller for greater payload and e-mobility

With the TECTRIS AK14-LKT on a Volvo FM Electric, MEILLER will present a new loading leveller length for its skip loader portfolio at IAA Transportation. The intermediate “LK” version is positioned between the established “M” and “L” variants and has been specifically developed for modern chassis. The new loading leveller optimises body positioning and axle load distribution on standard wheelbases between 3,750 and 4,150 millimetres. This allows operators to make better use of the permissible gross vehicle weight and unlock additional payload capacity in everyday operation.

The new solution offers particular benefits for electric chassis such as the Volvo FM Electric. Thanks to its compact design, the “LK” loading leveller simplifies body integration on electric trucks, where the battery layout often leaves limited installation space on the chassis frame. MEILLER therefore enables clean and efficient vehicle integration without complex special designs, providing a flexible solution for the requirements of modern mobility concepts.

At the trade fair, MEILLER will be offering special conditions on selected trailers. These include the GRANDLOAD tipper semi-trailer, the central axle trailer and the TECTRUM TRAILER container transport trailer. The promotional conditions for the central axle trailer and the TECTRUM TRAILER are valid until 30 September 2026, while the promotional period for the GRANDLOAD ends on 11 September 2026. Delivery of all vehicles will remain possible until the end of 2026.
